2 | cans | (6 oz.) chunk light tuna, drained and flaked | |

|||
1 | medium red onion, sliced into rings | ||

|||
4 | ounces | blue cheese, crumbled | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | pecans, candied | |
|
|||
creamy salad dressing of choice | |||
|
For each serving, place 3 cups spinach on plate. Top with tuna and 1/4 cup each onions and blue cheese. Sprinkle each salad with 2 tablespoons candied pecans. Serve with dressing.
